Our website

When you visit www.mapp.ac.uk we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. The data is used by us for statistical and analytical purposes. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. 

Social Media

We use a third-party provider, Hootsuite, to manage our social media interactions. If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by Hootsuite in line with their privacy notice. 

Marketing

If at any time you wish to opt out of receiving marketing emails please click the unsubscribe link that is shown in the most recent email you received from us or contact us using the details at the end of this article.

Sharing of information

We may share your personal information internally if necessary but only for the purpose of providing the service requested, such as registering to attend a MAPP event or submitting an abstract.

Your rights

You have the right to access information held about you. Any access requests should be made to the contact details shown at the end of this article.

You have the right to object to or restrict our data processing, the right to be forgotten by us and the right to withdraw consent for us to use your data.

Our security procedures mean that we may have to request proof of identity before we disclose information to you.
